Respect & Professionalism: Our Policy on Inappropriate Behavior at Sacsinthecity

At Sacsinthecity, we pride ourselves on offering professional, high-quality mobile massage and beauty services. Our mission is to help clients feel relaxed, refreshed, and confident. However, it’s vital to address an uncomfortable—but necessary—topic: inappropriate behavior or requests from clients.

This post outlines our zero-tolerance policy and explains why mutual respect is not only expected but required.

We Are a Professional Service

The therapists and beauty professionals are trained, certified, and highly skilled to Degree level, just like any other healthcare or personal care provider. We are here to help you feel your best—within the boundaries of ethical, professional practice.

Inappropriate behavior, comments, or requests will not be tolerated.

Examples of Inappropriate Behavior

  • Making sexually suggestive comments or requests

  • Touching the therapist without consent

  • Attempting to turn a therapeutic session into something else

  • Repeated boundary testing or verbal harassment

  • Even if a client believes a comment is "just joking," we take all disrespect seriously.

What Happens if a Client Acts Inappropriately?

If inappropriate behavior occurs:

1. The session will end immediately.

2. The client will be banned from booking with Sacsinthecity in the future.

3. We may report the behavior to relevant authorities if necessary.

There will be no refunds in these situations.

How It Affects Us

These encounters are deeply upsetting and can be damaging to the confidence and safety of our team. Massage and beauty therapy are vulnerable professions—we ask for your trust and, in return, we deserve your respect and professionalism.

Help Us Keep This Industry Safe

When you book a session with us, you agree to our policies. We believe everyone deserves a safe, respectful experience—clients and professionals alike.

If you have any questions or concerns about our code of conduct, feel free to contact us directly.

Thank you for helping us create a safe and empowering environment for all.
