By making a booking through our website, phone, or social media, you agree to the terms below. 1. Appointments & Availability All services are by appointment only. Appointments are subject to availability and confirmation. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel bookings if the information provided is incomplete or inaccurate. 2. Deposits & Payment A non-refundable deposit may be required to secure your booking. The remaining balance is due [before the appointment / on arrival ] Accepted payment methods: [cash, card, online payment]. Prices are listed in GBP and may be subject to change. 3. Cancellations & Rescheduling We require at least [24/48] hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment.
